“Look like they did in high school”I called the Keene Office this year, knowing that at 45 I needed my teeth out and dentures made. I was terrified! The pain and discomfort was so minimal it was funny! Within a day or two I was playing with lipstick that I have avoided for 10 years. (Don’t draw attention to your mouth!) It has been too much fun. “Comfortable and at ease”On Monday, June 27 at your Auburn, NY office I had 16 teeth removed and dentures put in. I don’t know if there is such a thing as an enjoyable dental visit, but every step of the way my experience at the office was beyond A+ visits.
Dr. Herman was totally awesome in making me feel comfortable and at ease through the whole procedure. All the assistants I have had contact with are very friendly and helpful. The front desk ladies don’t treat you like a number but like a human being. The ladies who make appointments and finances are great. “Saved me well over $500”I would like to take this opportunity to express my extreme satisfaction with your people, product and company. I was in dire need of having new dentures made, but became overwhelmed at the cost. I checked on prices at several different locations and found that the amounts, that were being charged, were out of my price range.
