To allow for much faster turnaround than the industry standard, we have only one central lab and each Aspen Dental office has an on-site denture laboratory. It also enables us to control every aspect of denture making, so the quality of each denture meets our exacting standards.
Our denture making process.
At Aspen Dental, we use two processes to make our eight styles of full and partial dentures.
Heat-Injection - This technology uses high pressure and heat with the highest quality materials to ensure the most precise fit available.
Cold-Pour - Cold-pour denture technology is a traditional method of using fiber acrylic. It is used for our classic and basic dentures.
Whichever style you choose, you’ll feel good about the look, feel and fit of our exclusive custom-crafted dentures.
